On Feb 24, 2016 we assisted to Cumbre Latinoamericana in Miami, where 500 leaders from all Latin American were met.
We asked Ex-President Fox if NAFTA should be modified according with new TPP in which Mexico is involved also. He answered NOT because according to him NAFTA and TPP are not related.
Based in what we know, it is exactly the opposite; those trades signed under NAFTA. many of them, are also signed under TPP, so its terms have to be fixed.
